Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on August 26, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-014601) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificateholders. The payment revisions were made to include funds received with respect to the late payoff of the 180 Water Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 5 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on November 21, 2019 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(2)). This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class A-2 Certificateholders in an amount equal to $41,443,240.64, an additional principal payment to the Class A-SB Certificateholders in an amount equal to $1,923,235.26, an additional principal payment to the holder of the VRR Interest in an amount equal to $1,110,020.87, an additional interest payment to the Class F-RR Certificateholders in an amount equal to $74,861.18 and an additional interest payment to the holder of the VRR Interest in an amount equal to $1,916.17. The additional payments were made to the impacted Certificateholders on September 4, 2025.
