Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on August 26, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-014615) as amended by the 10-D/A filed by the Registrant on September 8, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-015926) (together, the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to include a revised ABS Asset Data File and a revised ABS Asset Related Document (listed as Exhibit 102 and Exhibit 103, respectively, under Item 10 of the Original 10-D). The updated information in this 10-D/A does not change the amount distributed to any Class of Certificates which was revised in the 10-D/A filed by the Registrant on September 8, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-015926).

On August 15, 2025 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by CF 2019-CF3 Mortgage Trust.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.

No assets securitized by CCRE Commercial Mortgage Securities, L.P. (the "Depositor") and held by CF 2019-CF3 Mortgage Trust were the subject of a demand to repurchase for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents during the distribution period from July 18, 2025 to August 15, 2025.

The Depositor has filed a Form ABS-15G pursuant to Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on January 22, 2025. The CIK number of the Depositor is 0001515166.

Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending, L.P. ("CCREL"), one of the sponsors, has filed a Form ABS-15G pursuant to Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on August 7, 2025. The CIK number of CCREL is 0001558761.
