Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on October 21, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-017897) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificateholders. The payment revision was made due to a pool level adjustment which was not properly accounted for which is reflected as “Other Expenses” on page 7 of the Monthly Distribution Report. This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class C Certificateholders in an amount equal to $16,162.94, an additional interest payment to the Class D Certificateholders in an amount equal to $821,227.36, an additional interest payment to the Class E Certificateholders in an amount equal to $320,704.84, an additional interest payment to the Class F Certificateholders in an amount equal to $173,418.82, an additional interest payment to the Class G Certificateholders in an amount equal to $428,808.13 and an additional interest payment to the Class H Certificateholders in an amount equal to $739,677.91. The payment adjustments described above are expected to be made on or prior to the next distribution date.

On October 10, 2025 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by COMM 2015-CCRE24 Mortgage Trust.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.

No assets securitized by Deutsche Mortgage & Asset Receiving Corporation (the "Depositor") and held by COMM 2015-CCRE24 Mortgage Trust were the subject of a demand to repurchase for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents during the distribution period from September 13, 2025 to October 10, 2025.

The Depositor filed its most recent Form ABS-15G in accordance with Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (a "Rule 15Ga-1 Form ABS-15G") on February 13, 2025. The CIK number for the Depositor is 0001013454.

German American Capital Corporation ("GACC"), one of the sponsors, has filed a Form ABS-15G pursuant to Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on February 13, 2025. The CIK number of GACC is 0001541294.
