Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on October 28, 2025 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-25-018310) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise information in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D relating to amounts payable to the Certificateholders. The payment revision was made to include a curtailment payment received with respect to the 500 Fifth Avenue Mortgage Loan (Loan Number 2 on Annex A-1 of the prospectus supplement of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on March 20, 2015 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)). This resulted in an additional principal payment to the Class A-S Certificateholders in an amount equal to $3,287,521.48. The additional principal payment was made to the Class A-S Certificateholders on November 12, 2025.

The Depositor has filed a Form ABS-15G pursuant to Rule 15Ga-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on May 9, 2025. The CIK number of the Depositor is 0000802106.
