Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on January 27, 2026 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-26-000981) (the “Original 10-D”). The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Cumulative Interest Shortfalls attributed to the Class E Certificates reflected in the Monthly Distribution Report filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 10-D. The updated information does not change the amount distributed to any Class of Certificates.

On January 16, 2026 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by CSAIL 2015-C2 Commercial Mortgage Trust.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D/A, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.
