On November 10, 2025, Biohaven Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
