This amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission by SailPoint, Inc. on March 26, 2025 is being furnished solely to add a conformed signature on the signature page that was inadvertently omitted. No other content of the original report has been changed.

On March 26, 2025, SailPoint, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended January 31, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
