Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

This Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”) is being furnished by ION Acquisition Corp 1 Ltd. (the “Company”) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for the sole purpose of furnishing, as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K, the press release dated May 26, 2021, issued by Taboola.com (“Taboola”), with whom the Company is entering into a proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”). The press release is titled “BBC Global News Chooses Taboola as its Exclusive Content Recommendations Provider”.
